Returns
Can I return my order to you?
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we give our customers up to 30 days (after receipt of goods) to return the product(s) to us for a refund or exchange after trying them on. We only authorise returns that are returned in the same condition as received, with original tags attached and placed back in original packaging and folding correctly and neatly in the return bag.
Products must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition (I.E with no visible wear and tear/damage)
If the tags have been removed this deems the item non-returnable.
RETURNS
Please ensure you complete and enclose the returns form template included with your original order. If you have misplaced this please include some paper work telling us your details (name and order number) and why you are returning your order.
If a parcel is returned without paperwork enclosed with the goods it is impossible for us to identify the sender. We therefore cannot issue a refund/exchange for the parcel.
We strongly recommend using a trackable method to send items back to us, such as royal mail tracked service delivery, or a similar method which gives you a tracking number. We recommend this because if items get lost in the normal post, we regret we are not responsible for any lost items.
Using a tracked service will enable you to claim from your chosen delivery company in the unfortunate circumstance that a parcel may go missing. Please keep your postage receipt safe until your return has been processed.
Your refund for the total selling value of the returned item(s) (excluding original postage paid) will be issued to the payment method used to pay originally for the item.
Please allow 15 working days from the date of receiving your parcel to us for your returned items to be processed and your refund to be issued. Once a refund is issued from us, please allow 3-4 working days for your refund to reach your account. This timeframe is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. We would suggest you place a new order of the desired size in the meantime and return the unsuitable size to us so we can process a refund once we receive it.
FAULTY/ DAMAGED GOODS
We’re sorry to hear you that your item is faulty.
Please return your item back to us. We will give you the option of sending a replacement or issuing a full refund. If you have any queries, please contact us at service@loveandliberty.co.uk.
UK RETURNS
Please be aware we do not offer free returns.
We have arranged a very easy returns process for our UK customers. Once your return request has been approved by customer services, further instructions on generating your return label will be emailed to you.
Simply print off the label and attach it to the parcel, take your parcel to any post office counter and ask for a certificate of postage from the post office if you're not already given one.
Using this method will cost you £3.00. This will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please be aware we will not accept returns once the 28-day period has passed. Your order will be sent back to you with no notice.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
A returns label is not provided for International Orders.
International customers must return their items at their own cost.

If you are returning items from locations outside of the UK, you will be responsible for all applicable tax’s customs duty, and clearance charges.
We recommend labelling the parcel RETURNED GOODS to avoid custom charges.Please ensure you keep a copy of your returns receipt until the your return has been received and refund processed.
You as the customer are liable for the parcel whilst it is on its journey back to us. We always advise using trackable, signed-for service. This way, in the event where we do not receive your parcel, you will be able to make a claim with the postal services.
Please fill out a CN22 Form (Commercial Invoice) so the goods get cleared in customs.
